It's not constant, sometimes the VM work really fine, but sometimes makes me wan't to throw my computer at the window. It's not only windows, the cursor stay stuck for like 2 seconds in a place then show up on another, like, literally the screen refresh is slow. I noticed that this happens most when the guest HDD IO usage is high.
It's like if the screen isn't refreshing correctly. The problem is that the vm is laggy, it's not slow, is LITERALLY laggy, for example, when i move a window, the window can move instantly like was espected or it can take like 2 seconds to show up. I used VMWare a long time ago, with my old Debian computer and have the EXACTLY SAME PROBLEM, that time vmware was unusable. NVIDIA GeForce GTX460 with Nvidia proprietaries 325.15 installed. I'm having some problems with VMWare Workstation, i have an Arch Linux Host and i'm trying to use a Windows 7 圆4 guest.
